You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited for the full order amount, including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the costs of returning it to the online store are the responsibility of the customer. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
