1. Your data
During checkout for your order at Nikki Dotti, you will need to enter your data.
Data you enter when placing an order or sending a message is stored on the servers of my processor, Shopify. Shopify ensures a security level appropriate for the data being processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used by default. The information you provide includes:
Your last name and initials or first name
Your billing address
Your shipping address (if this address is different from your billing address)
Your email address
Your IP address
Your internet browser and device type (phone, tablet, or PC)
Optional: your phone number
In addition to this personal information, Shopify's system also stores your order history. I only use this information if you order a surprise package in the future. I then review your previous orders to prevent duplicate shipments.
You can contact me at any time to delete your account.
2. Partnerships
Nikki Dotti collaborates with other companies, such as an online store software company, a payment processor, and a postal shipping company.
Ecommerce Software Company
Shopify is the online store software company Nikki Dotti is affiliated with. Your personal data and order information are shared with Shopify. Shopify uses your data only for technical purposes and not for commercial purposes. As stated under "Your Data," Shopify uses a secure SSL connection by default (you'll see a lock and the word "secure" at the URL at the top of your screen). This means your data and any password can be safely stored on Nikki Dotti.
Payment Processor
Nikki Dotti is affiliated with Mollie Payments to process iDeal | Wero payments. Your contact details and payment information (bank account number and payment amount) are shared with Mollie via a highly secure environment.
Postal Shipping Company
Nikki Dotti uses PostNL for sending letterbox mail and parcels. I only share your address information by providing your delivery address on your package. PostNL uses this information solely for the performance of its services.
3. What is your personal data processed for?
I use your personal data and order information only to send your order. If you provided your information to receive the newsletter, I will use it for that purpose. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting obligations. This includes the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, which is bound by confidentiality.
4. What are your rights?
You have the right to change your personal data or have your account deleted. You can do this easily by sending an email to info@nikkidotti.nl.
If you believe that Nikki Dotti is not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
